Cape Coral Model Home Center & New Home Floor Plans

Tradewind Estate Homes has been a custom builder in Cape Coral, FL, since 1982.  In November 2011 President Paul Beattie and partner Tom DePaola opened a new model center at 3705 Chiquita Boulevard, Cape Coral.  The center features the Tradewind I model, a 2,527 square foot home featuring a classical design with arched windows and rounded columns, and an open floor plan with split bedrooms and a three-car garage.  The center is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.

Tradewind custom homes in the Signature Collection range in size from 2,168 to 3,600 square feet of living space and include an extensive list of standard features:  tile roof, brick paver driveway, walkway, and lanai, granite in kitchens and baths, 18” x 18” porcelain tile floor throughout except bedrooms which have upgraded carpet and pad.  Stainless steel kitchen appliances and white washer/dryer are also standard.  A full security system and upgraded lighting and fan package are included as well as many more features that other builders add on as options.   Turn Key package prices on the Signature Collection range from $259,900 to $359,900.

Tradewind Estate Homes also offers the Weatherly Collection which consists of three moderately sized  homes ranging from 1,760 to 2,038 square feet of living space and are priced under $200,000.
